This house would be ideal for permanent or holiday living or as a rental investment, as property in the area is becoming much sort after. Villalonga is a small town and offers all local amenities, with supermarket, banks, vet, Drs Health centre and schools. There is a proposed 18 hole golf course awaiting its final signing in Valencia 10/15 min drive away is the large town of Gandia, where one can find designer shops, major hospital, excellent restaurants, and miles of award wining sandy beaches. Road and rail links to Alicante and Valencia airports and in 2007 Valencia was host the America's cup, firmly putting this part of Spain on the map.
