If our property range doesn't have the ideal property you have in mind then we can still accommodate you with our property finding service, if you give us your property requirements, area and budget we can search that particular area in Spain for your ideal property or we will gladly put you in touch with other reputable Property agencies that we think may be able to help.
OVG will keep you informed of expected fees which will be incurred whilst accomplishing your property, 10% of property price is the taken as average. We always recommend clients to employ the services of a Solicitor to oversee the property purchase, preferably a Spanish Solicitor who speaks English as you need to be represented by a professional in his/her native language to be sure everything is fully understood.
When you're ready to buy a property in Spain or in the UK it's only prudent to use the right professionals for the job, if you are unsure who to use then OVG can recommend Solicitors, Notary's and other services you may require such as decorators, cleaners etc when settling into your property.
